Overview

Editing your audio details and publishing your audio is easy thanks to an intuitive interface. From either the grid view or list view simply click on the thumbnail for the audio to start editing your audio details.

Basic Information

The basic information section is where you can edit the title and description for your audio. Both of which can be displayed when using our advanced embed option. You may also change the published status of your audio.

Media Summary

The media summary panel gives you a quick overview of your video. It includes:

• Status - The encoding status of your input file(this will be green if your audio is ready to be published).
• Preview Enabled - Whether your audio is available for preview.
• Media Token - This is the unique token for your audio. You can use this token to embed your audio.
• Duration - The duration of your audio.
• Current Version - The current version of your audio.
• Created at - The date and time your audio was created.
• Updated at - The date and time your audio was last updated.
• Author - The author of your audio.

Managing Tags

By visiting the tags page you can view all tags that have been added to your media, how much media is associated with a particular tag and the ability to delete tags.
