Grid View vs List View
When navigating your media you can choose between two different types of views. Grid view (default) and list view. Both give you quick access to a range of information and tools for managing your content in a view that suits your own particular preference.
Grid View (Default)
Each media item is represented as a card (in the default view). Instantly you can get a quick overview of your content including:
- Title
- Last modified date
- Duration
- Tags
- Status
- Published
- Downloadable (Video only)
- Previewable
- Deleted
List View
The list view is a more compact view of your content. It is useful for when you have a lot of content and want to see more information at a glance.
In addition to the information shown in the grid view, the list view also shows the created date of the media.
Context Menu
In both grid view and list view you have access to a context menu. This menu gives you quick access to a range of tools for managing your content.
- Preview - Opens a preview of your video in a new overlay.
- Edit - Opens the edit media page for your media.
- Delete - Deletes your media.
- Previewable - Toggles the preview status of a video.
- Downloadable - Toggles the download status of your media.
- Published - Toggles the publishing status of your media.
