Searching and Filtering

The media grid is where all your content lives. Anything that is not assigned to a folder will show in the grid. By default, content is listed with the most recently modified content first.

Note

Currently folders are only supported on video content.

Searching

You can search for media by using the search box, you may search by media title, description or token. The results will update in realtime. It will only search within the current folder.

Filtering and Sorting

When combined with searching the filter functionality makes it easy to find the content you are looking for. Pressing the “Sort/Filter” button will reveal the settings panel which will allow you to filter by a wide range of attributes.

As well as filtering the displayed content you can modify how the content is displayed by changing which field we sort by. You can also increase or decrease the number of results shown per page.
