Overview

Editing your video details and publishing your video is easy thanks to an intuitive interface. You can also add chapters, tags, and captions to your video. From either the grid view or list view simply click on the thumbnail for the video to start editing your video details.

Basic Information

The basic information section is where you can edit the title, description for your video. Both of which can be displayed when using our advanced embed option. You may also change both the download and published status of your video.

Media Summary

The media summary panel gives you a quick overview of your video. It includes:

• Status - The encoding status of your input file(this will be green if your video is ready to be published).
• Preview Enabled - Whether your video is available for preview.
• Media Token - This is the unique token for your video. You can use this token to embed your video.
• Video Duration - The duration of your video.
• Current Version - The current version of your video.
• Created at - The date and time your video was created.
• Updated at - The date and time your video was last updated.
• Author - The author of your video.

Managing Tags

By visiting the tags page you can view all tags that have been added to your media, how much media is associated with a particular tag and the ability to delete tags.
