Downloads

It is possible to offer your viewers access to an MP4 download of your video. This can be useful if you want to allow your viewers to download your video to their device to watch it later. You can enable MP4 downloads from the Edit Video page in the ‘Details’ tab, the video context menu or via bulk actions.

When enabled your viewers will see a download button in the player. The file output will depend on the input file, we will try to make available the highest quality file possible. You can view which MP4s have been created from the Asset card.

The download button will display by default on all embeds, however it can be disabled on a per player basis when using our advanced embed
