Editing your profile

From your user profile page you may edit information related to your Media Manager account.

Profile Information

You can edit your name as displayed within the application along with your email address. You can also set your timezone, all dates and times within the application will be shown relative to this.

Password

To update your password please enter your current password and a new password. You will need to confirm your new password. Passwords need to include the following: minimum 8 characters, upper and lower case, 1 number and 1 symbol. We also validate your email address and password to ensure it has not been compromised in known data breaches.

If you are locked out of your account and can’t remember your password you may reset it. Please see resetting your password for more details.

Browser Sessions

Browser sessions will show you all currently active sessions across your devices. If necessary, you may log out of all of your other browser sessions across all of your devices. Some of your recent sessions are listed; however, this list may not be exhaustive. If you feel your account has been compromised, you should also update your password.
